Upgrade Your Parade | Courtyard Chicago Magnificent Mile
The courtyard Chicago Magnificent Mile team came to liz in the summer of 2018 wanting a PR package. she Concepted a holiday upgrade your parade package which included guaranteed vip viewing of chicago’s famous mag mile lights festival + parade, where locals will “claim dibs” on premium curbside viewing space as many as 8-10 before parade start time. The package included other over the top amenities like a stay in a suite and a massive half gallon hot chocolate topped with full-sized doughnuts, brownies, toasted marshmallows and more.
Instead of being a PR package for this high-demand event, the Upgrade Your Parade Package turned out to be very bookable as the hotel sold out of suites capturing a $1,029 ADR for the offer
The package was opened to additional room types due to the success
The holiday hot chocolate was so popular it became an offering in the hotel’s restaurant, Copper Fox, for the entire holiday season, not just for parade weekend.
