In February 2020, Liz executed the opening strategy for White Lodging’s 2nd Autograph Collection hotel, The Otis, the educated choice for easy going luxury in Austin’s Campus district, which is also a dual pad with The AC Hotel Austin-University. The complex boasts 4 outlets: the modern upscale Acre 41 serving dressed up american classics, the exclusive Otopia Rooftop pool + lounge only accessible to hotel guests and private members, Austin’s 2nd Burger Bar location, and Bar AC, a spanish-inspired wine + tapas bar.

  • Otopia Rooftop is White Lodging’s first and only private membership club. Operations set a goal of opening with 1,000 members of a very specific clientele of upscale Austin movers & shakers with ties to the local University. Through targeted paid social media, partnerships, and press placements, Otopia opened with over 3,000 membership applications and 1,800 members.

  • The opening strategy for Acre 41, Burger Bar + Bar AC included a traditional mailer to targeted zip codes, street teams, sneak peak influencer meals, partnership sweepstakes, advertorial, emails, and digital ads with Do512, paid search + social media campaigns and more!
