Liz worked with a branding agency to develop and execute the opening of Oaken Bistro + Bar, a local Lake Forest restaurant inside The Forester Hotel. Menus, coasters, napkins, and all other restaurant collateral and guest touch-points had to be created and sourced. Opening during COVID-19 restrictions, digital menus were a huge concern and Liz executed an on-brand, custom wood-engraved QR code table menu and hosted digital menu that allowed for real-time updates of daily specials and 86’ed items. In addition to the restaurant branding, Liz also created and executed the digital integrated marketing plan for the restaurant’s opening which included paid search, display, and social media campaigns, email, street teams, influencers, special offers, activation, and more.
