To maximize F&B sales in the hotel outlets before a beyonce concert at nearby soldier field, Liz worked with the executive Chef on these themed pre-party menus, brought in a DJ, ordered themed decor, and arranged for the Mike’s Hard lemonade girls to hand out swag and free samples of their new watermelon hard lemonade (this was the tour for beyonce’s lemonade album).

  • Total outlet sales doubled compared to STLY and were +$3k to previous Soldier Field concert dates

  • Guest surveys from the weekend were overwhelmingly positive when mentioning the event

  • Careful not to use Beyonce’s copyrighted name or image(s) in any marketing. The graphic likeness was purchased on Etsy for <$5.
